Antijellyfish suit
This antijellyfish suit is originally from Australia where they have great experience with much more dangerous jellyfishes than the ones living in the Mediterranean Sea. It is made of a special blend of high-tech fibers which gives it a durable, flexible and breathable structure that allows you to feel it like a second skin. Thanks to its simple and practical design can be combined with other swimwear and accessories and also protects against the sun.
The Stinger Suit Ltd. company is headquartered in Australia. Marine biologists from around the world have taken extensive evidence demonstrating the effectiveness of this suit and they garantee the bathers a high protection against jellyfish stings. This project was developed when the swimming in the Australia’s summers became extremely dangerous for the amount of stinging jellyfish existing in the area.
Except for the heavy and hot lycra and neoprene suits, there was no alternative to swim safely. In collaboration with the James Cook University Tropical Biology and after two years of extensive research, laboratory tests and practical tests, they were able to develop the right product.
