The night of September 16, 2013, will be remembered as a very special night for the collective formed by families and related entities with Cystic Fibrosis. After 24 years of struggle against this disease and collaboration with regional and national organizations dedicated to disability, Teresa Llull received a deserved reward for his tireless work.
In an emotional speech, Teresa thanked all those who over the years have surrounded her the support they have shown, without which all her work would not have been possible. She thanked, among others, the dedication and professionalism of the doctors and gave a very special wish: that investigators found the ultimate cure for Cystic Fibrosis and she can see it. So its great and maybe only wish will be realized.
Our family, and me as his son and co-worker for years, felt a great feeling to hear his name over the intercom, to see it go up those stairs and delivering a speech, his voice breaking with emotion. At nearly 76 years, Teresa will continue working every day to help those who have filled her life of joys. She has taught us that the penalties we live sometimes should serve us to work harder if possible, to provide the best services to not happen again.
In all, for being a great mother, a great professional and a better person, thanks Teresa.
