XX Swimming Tour around Formentera: Everything is ready
Once all the registrations are covered, we are working to make this edition a very special anniversary. Activities done at La Asunción School in Binissalem
The students of the Asunción School of Binissalem have participated in the activities that the Cystic Fibrosis Association of the Balearics and the Respiralia Foundation carry out in schools to publicize Cystic Fibrosis and healthy habits. On the one hand, the students of 6th grade of Primary and 1st and 2nd of ESO made the theoretical-practical talk of respiratory in which they learned what is Cystic Fibrosis, what aspects are beneficial and harmful to the respiratory system and performed lung capacity practices and of coordination between the circulatory and respiratory systems. On the other hand, students in 3rd and 4th of ESO carried out an activity on healthy lifestyle habits, putting themselves in the shoes of people with different disabilities and with different health problems. In this activity we have the collaboration of 5 volunteers from Hotelbeds. It is a project funded by the Department of Economy and Finance of the Consell de Mallorca.
The Guillem Cifre de Colonya Foundation, with the Respiralia Foundation
Colonya Caixa Pollença, through its foundation, collaborates with € 600.00 in the project “PrevAction: Activate yourself in healthy habits” that the Respiralia Foundation develops in 2019. This project aims to put the students of educational centers in the shoes of a person with respiratory obstruction, with obesity, with blindness and with physical limitation.
Respiralia Sport Team, at the Total Race
The Respiralia team participated in the Total Race obstacle course organized at Mallorca Fashion Outlet on Sunday, May 19, remaining 3rd in the 7 km modality.
