Nuestra Señora de Montesión School has donated €150 to the Respiralia Foundation in recognition of its work in promoting healthy habits among its pupils.

Healthy habits for the younger generation
The Respiralia Group and Nuestra Señora de Montesión School are committed to promoting healthy habits so that future generations can live in a better society.
Coughing properly, washing your hands thoroughly, eating healthily and taking regular exercise are habits that should be encouraged from an early age.
Activities held at Montesión School
Nuestra Señora de Montesión School and the Respiralia Group have been collaborating on this project since 2019. Since then, we have run 23 activities for Year 7 pupils as part of their hands-on workshop programme, as well as for other vocational training courses, with a total of 753 pupils taking part.
PrevAction: get active in healthy habits
This project, launched in 2017, aims to promote healthy habits and raise awareness of cystic fibrosis among pupils aged between 6 and 17, tailoring the activities to each year group.
These activities are free of charge for schools, thanks to partnerships with organisations such as the CaixaBank Foundation, Vertex Pharmaceuticals and the Auchan Foundation.
