The Social Responsibility Office of the Consell de Mallorca has awarded a grant of € 7,223.25 to the Education equals Health in Cystic Fibrosis project of the Cystic Fibrosis Association of the Balearics.The project consists in enhancing the Corporate Social Responsibility of the companies of Mallorca through charitable actions of dissemination of Cystic Fibrosis with the help of corporate volunteering.
In this way, the volunteers of the companies will receive a brief training on the story “Respiralio and the Big Blue Bear”, which tells the symptoms and treatment of Cystic Fibrosis in a fun way, about the respiratory system and its relationship with this disease and, finally, genetics from the point of view of Cystic Fibrosis. Once the training is received, they will accompany us to different educational centers to make the disease known to the youngest.
