The Extraordinary General Assembly approved the first Strategic Plan of the Balearic CF Association last Saturday, March 25, 2023.
Quality management
Since we started managing the Respiralia Group in 2019 with the standards of the “Excellence in management and social commitment” certificate of the Grupo Develop Foundation, we have been progressing until we reached the document that will serve as a basis for the 3 years (2023-2025).
This Strategic Plan has been drafted thanks to the contributions of our stakeholders (associate members, collaborators, other associations, medical team, etc.), especially the Cystic Fibrosis Spanish Federation, so it includes all the aspects that will mark our roadmap.
Equality Plan
Likewise, in this same Assembly the new Equality Plan of the Cystic Fibrosis Balearic Association was approved, creating a committee formed by three people, two of them with training in Equality.
Harassment Plan
Finally, the Harassment Plan “Protocol for the prevention of and action against moral, sexual and/or gender-based harassment” was also approved. In this way, any person who suffers any type of harassment can report it so that the Committee can take the appropriate action.
