The ONCE Foundation offers its Inserta program for Cystic Fibrosis job seekers who meet certain requirements, such as having a minimum of 33% disability.
Program requirements
This program is aimed at helping people at least 16 years of age who have a disability of at least 33% or an occupational disability.
In addition, if you are between 16 and 30 years old and are not working, you can access the program to take training courses or to take advantage of one of the job offers available through the program.
On the other hand, people over 30 can be in two scenarios:
- Not working: you can access training courses or job offers available through the program.
- Ya trabaja pero quiere mejorar: si ya trabaja, pero lo gustaría mejorar su puesto de trabajo y/o salario, puede acceder al programa y aprovechar alguna de las ofertas que dispone el programa.
Subsidized training courses
The Inserta program has financial resources to help people who take their courses in person. In these cases, they are paid € 10.00 per trip for each day of the course in which the person has attended the training.
In case the training course is online, there will be no bonus.
What do I have to do?
If you have Cystic Fibrosis and you are in the Balearic Islands, please contact the Respiralia Foundation and we will refer you to the person who runs the program.
