In line with its commitment to continuous improvement, the Balearic Cystic Fibrosis Association has renewed the Develop Group’s quality certificate, endorsed by Bureau Veritas.

Commitment to continuous improvement

In 2019, we began our training in quality management, thanks to an initiative by the Cystic Fibrosis Spanish Federation.

Since then, we have been making progress with the organisation of the Balearic Cystic Fibrosis Association and the Respiralia Foundation.

We have optimised our work through processes and procedures.

It has been, and continues to be, an ongoing learning process that improves our operations. Furthermore, this approach enables us to identify areas for improvement and refine our practices.

All of this helps us to build a more professional image for the Respiralia Group.

Strategic plan

This experience has enabled us to draw up and approve our second three-year strategic plan.

Furthermore, it guides us in ensuring the satisfaction of our stakeholders, and improves coordination and commitment to the management of Cystic Fibrosis
