Comprehensive care for people with Cystic Fibrosis in the Balearic Islands
This project includes the wellcome, guidance and follow-up of people with Cystic Fibrosis at all stages of their disease; their training in the technique of autogenous drainage, inhaled therapy, hygiene measures and exercise re-education; and the organization of awareness-raising events.
Adherence to Cystic Fibrosis Treatment
Adherence to Cystic Fibrosis treatment is essential to keep the disease at bay. In this sense, mental health will be an important part in order to be able to carry out the daily routines of the treatment.
With this project we aim to improve adherence through a lot of psychological support and training in the different techniques.
Improving the environment of the person with CF begins with awareness
Society plays an important role in the quality of life of people with certain limitations such as Cystic Fibrosis. The knowledge of their needs will play an important role in achieving the social integration of our group, so awareness events will help to raise awareness.
