The Balearic Government awards the 2026 Ramón Llull Prize to Teresa Llull for her more than 35 years at the forefront of the fight against cystic fibrosis and 20 years as president of the Respiralia Foundation.

Lifetime Achievement Award
Since her grandson Dani was diagnosed in 1989, Teresa Llull has been dedicated to the fight against cystic fibrosis.
His work was always aimed at achieving collective milestones, both at the regional level (intravenous treatments at home, replacement of the CR-60 nebulizer with the e-Flow Rapid, construction of a reference center, etc.) and at the national level (establishment of National Cystic Fibrosis Day).
A moment to remember
Teresa Llull experienced one of the most emotional moments of her life, if not the most emotional. The recognition from society as a whole, presented by the president of the Balearic Government, Marga Prohens, comes at the age of 88, which does not prevent her from being at the forefront of all events.
Alma mater of Cystic Fibrosis
The cystic fibrosis community sees Teresa Llull as their role model, their alma mater, who guides them by example to never give up in the fight for their rights.
On this special day, her family gathered around her to celebrate with her a lifetime of sacrifice rewarded by such a special event.
