The Cystic Fibrosis Association of the Balearics and the Respiralia Foundation continue to advance their “Educate equals Health in Cystic Fibrosis” program. On this occasion, we present a manual on healthy eating for people with CF.

Thanks to the initiative of Paz Arizti, current Vice President of the Cystic Fibrosis Association of the Balearics and mother of a young man with CF, and after more than two years of research we present this manual, with the collaboration of Mónica P. Ferrer, Jesús Sanchís and Lucía Redondo. It is a document that starts from common sense, which means that the recommendations offered must be adaptable to each person and their circumstances.
