The Respiralia Group, in collaboration with Grupo Piñero, CaixaBank, TUI and Asociación Tramuntana XXI, is creating a forest is creating a forest on the Son Torrella estate in the Sierra de Tramuntana mountains in Mallorca.
First day of the second season
On this first day, students from the Open University for Seniors (UOM) and other new members of the volunteer team joined the program.
Following initial training, 147 trees have been planted (50 holm oaks, 50 shrubs, 37 myrtles, 5 buckthorns, and 5 viburnums) out of a total of 900 planned for the planting period from October 2025 to January 2026.
Commitment to environmental protection
The Respiralia Group is carrying out these actions as part of its commitment made in 2019, both in its code of ethics and in its mission, to achieve better air quality for people with cystic fibrosis.
