70 km of solidarity through the Serra de Tramuntana raised € 1,230.00 for the “Educating is Health in Cystic Fibrosis” program of the Respiralia Foundation.
Ángel Sotos and Isa García, owners of Fit4Life, and David Breijo and Aina Ensenyat, members of the “Mallorca a dalt de tot” Mountain Club, completed the “Serra 4 Life” challenge, traveling 70 km through the Serra de Tramuntana last Saturday, with the goal of raising funds for the treatment of children and young people with Cystic Fibrosis. Andratx neighbors, family and friends received the members of the expedition in the Plaza de España around 7:15 p.m. after almost 12 hours of effort. The Respiralia Foundation will allocate this money to the “Education equals Health in Cystic Fibrosis” program, the objective of which is to provide training in the technique of autogenous drainage, inhaled therapy protocols, hygiene measures and endurance exercises.
