Endurance training program for children and youngsters with Cystic Fibrosis
This program of the Respiralia Foundation is focused on people with Cystic Fibrosis to know their body’s reactions to oxygen desaturation in blood when they perform any activity that requires physical exertion.
In this way, they know when to stop when performing this type of activity, although they also work to gradually get their bodies used to resisting effort without lowering their saturation.
In this sense, strength-endurance and maximal strength exercises are essential to improve your physical condition.

Comprehensive Care Program for children and young people with Cystic Fibrosis
With this program we offer a welcome, orientation and follow-up service at each stage of the disease, including psychological care; specific training in the technique of Autogenic Drainage, inhaled therapy and oxygen measures; osteopathy sessions; and stress re-education sessions.
The objective is for people with Cystic Fibrosis to be as autonomous as possible in the management of the treatment of their disease.
