Martin Giacchetta, named best trainer of Spain in 2012, offers you a simple exercise for you to get what you have often proposed, but it costs so much: run usually.
This training is based on the G method, created by Martin himself, and is suitable for those unprepared and for the least accustomed to practicing sports. If you follow it, you can be sure that when you finish you’ll want to run much more.
Here you can find the full training program, which is an 10 weeks program, but remember that in our Facebook and Twitter you will find the appropriate weekly training. Much encouragement to all who decide take that little step forward for a cause as noble as it is to participate in the Solidarity Kilometers against Cystic Fibrosis on September 27.
