In the Extraordinary Assembly held on April 30, 2022, a change in the Board of Directors was approved. Yolanda Molina joins the management team of the Association.
The voice of a person with Cystic Fibrosis
For the Cystic Fibrosis Balearic Association it is very important that the voice of a person with Cystic Fibrosis has an important weight in the strategic decisions that are taken. Yolanda Molina replaces Carlota Saura as secretary of the Board of Directors, in order to continue having the opinion of someone who lives with the disease.
Empowering women in the Respiralia Group
Following our Code of Ethics and our Equality Plan, women have a very important specific weight in our entities, not because we want numerical equality, but because of their proven value and capacity for work and organization.
This is reflected in the number of members of the Board of Directors (4 women to 2 men), in the positions of responsibility they hold (President, Vice-President and Secretary of the Association and President and Secretary of the Foundation) and in the number of professionals that make up our team (13 women to 9 men).
